We do not access or request any other files or metadata from your Google Drive beyond what you explicitly select.

• When you select a file through Google Drive, a copy of that file is uploaded to our secure servers. This ensures the file remains accessible within TeachersResource.ca even if the original is deleted from Google Drive.

• Stored files are only used for platform functionality (e.g., sharing resources, ensuring accessibility across sessions).

• We do not use your Google Drive data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

 

c. Sharing and Disclosure

• Files uploaded may be accessed and downloaded by other users of TeachersResource.ca, depending on the platform’s sharing functionality.

• Your personal Google account details (such as your name or email) are never shared or made public.

• Uploaded files will be retained as long as they are deemed useful for the TeachersResource.ca community.
